How to place a pre-order
Please place your minibar pre-order anytime up until 12 noon on the day you need it delivered. In your basket, click on the "Message for the merchant" box and enter the delivery date that you need. See the picture for guidance. You may also place your order over the phone with us.
Placing an order for top-ups
If you're staying with us and need items same-day, please order by 12 noon. If you miss that cut-off, we’ll do our best to bring top-up orders later if we are available, Generally, if our lights are still on we will be happy to assist (best to call).Thank you for understanding—we are a small family team!
